Bellevue Towers has knocked off an average of 20% to the next 50 buyers that close!  There was some murmurring of $100,000.00 price reductions and upgrades to nicer units for already closed buyers, but it was never confirmed. I know this is tough for the developer to make this decision, but I think it was the right thing to do to juice the condo market in Bellevue. Some of the condo projects in Bellevue are keeping quiet about their actual sales numbers. I wonder if this decision to drop prices will spark other projects to follow with their own incentives.
